STEP 1- REGISTRATION -Download the app Planet green bikes pro from the Google Play Store or Apple app Store and register by entering your mobile number and e-verify your Aadhar through OTP. (User must have his/her mobile number updated in Aadhar card).
STEP 2- MEMBERSHIP AND WALLET -Deposit Rs. 200 as a one time membership charge (Refundable) and always maintain a minimum Balance of Rs 200 in his/her Planet Green Bike Pro Wallet to unlock the Bicycle. User can suitably recharge his/her wallet for through Credit card, Net Banking, Paytm, UPI for using the cycle sharing services.
STEP 3- UNLOCK -Scan the QR code affixed on the bicycle Lock using the QR Scanner of Planet Green Bikes Pro App.
STEP 4- RIDE -After unlocking the Bicycle Enjoy your ride.
STEP 5 – END RIDE -To end your ride, return to the nearest Planet Green Bikes Cycle stand and manually lock the cycle. The ride will not end if the cycle is locked at any other location apart from the designated Planet Green Bikes Cycle Stand and user will be charged continuously as per our tariff rates. A Penalty of Rs 25000 will be charged from the user if the Bicycle at any time during or after end of ride (if not locked properly at the designated cycle stand) is lost/stolen/damaged.
STEP 6 – RETURN - Cycle must be Returned to the nearest cycle Planet Green Bikes Cycle Stand before 10 PM same day, if not, a Police complaint will be lodged in the name of the user.
